Pompa kimia asam kuat merk gin
FS pompa senrifugal anti-karat terdiri atas tiga komponen, pompa air, segel, dan motor elektrik. Pompa berputar berlawanan arah jarum jam dari sudut pandang ujung putaran. Seal mekanis dengan satu permukaan diletakkan di antara pompa dan motor. Cincin penutup anti-karat digunakan sebagai seal statis.
Aplikasi dan kondisi
Seri pompa ini sering digunakan untuk memindahkan cairan korosif seperti asam, alkalin, dan garam dengan tekanan maksimum 0.5MPa dalam industri makanan, obat2an, kimia, tekstil, metalurgi dan pembuatan kertas. Suhu maksimum pemindahan adalah 80 derajat celsius dan mediumnya tidak boleh berisi biji2an. Pompa seharusnya tidak digunakan untuk bahan kimia (contohnya adalah parfum, hidrokarbon, keton, dan asam dan alkalin terkonsentrasi dll) yang bereaksi dengan PVC keras.
